Quotes and ordering

How do I get a quote?

Quotes are free, with no obligation. Tell us what you need, the size and quantity, and when you need it, using the form on our Contact page or by calling 289-800-8939. You’ll get a clear price, usually within one business day.

What do you need from me to quote accurately?

What the item is, the finished size, how many, one side or both, and your deadline. Let us know if your artwork is ready.

How does ordering work?

You tell us what you need, approve a clear quote and a proof when one is needed, then pay the invoice. Nothing is printed without your approval.

When do I pay?

All orders are prepaid. Payment is due on invoice, before your job goes into production, and the invoice matches your approved quote.

Is there a minimum order?

For most digital printing there’s no strict minimum, and short runs are a big part of what we do.

Turnaround and delivery

How long will my order take?

Typically 3 to 5 business production days after your proof is approved and your invoice is paid. It varies by product and finishing, and shipping time is extra. We confirm timing with your quote.

I need it in a hurry. Can you help?

Tell us exactly what you need and the date you must have it, and we’ll tell you honestly if we can make it. Calling 289-800-8939 is fastest for rush jobs.

Do you deliver or ship?

We deliver locally around Sunderland and ship anywhere in Canada. Delivery or shipping is shown in your quote.

Can I drop in?

We’re not a walk-in shop. Please book a phone or video appointment on our Contact page, or call first at 289-800-8939.

Files and artwork

What file should I send?

A print-ready PDF is best: high resolution, fonts embedded, and bleed included if your design goes to the edge. We also work with AI, EPS and TIFF files, and we check every file before printing.

What is bleed?

Bleed is 0.125″ (1/8″) of extra artwork past the finished edge. It’s trimmed off, and it prevents a thin white edge if the cut shifts. Keep important text and logos at least 0.25″ inside the trim line.

Can I send a Canva or Word file?

Yes. From Canva, download a “PDF Print” file with crop marks and bleed on. Word-type files can shift fonts on another computer, so a PDF is safer; we’ll flag any fixes in your quote.

My file is too big to email.

Our Contact page accepts files up to 100 MB. For anything larger, send a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link.

Will I see a proof?

Yes, when one is needed. Please check names, numbers, dates and spelling carefully, because changes after printing usually mean a reprint.

Signs and banners

Are stakes, H-stands, grommets or hems included?

No, they’re optional extras. Stakes or wire H-stands for yard signs, and grommets or sewn hems for banners, are added on request and shown clearly in your quote.

Do you install signs?

No. We supply the finished sign or banner, ready for you or your installer to put up.

Design and websites

I don’t have a design. Can you make one?

Yes. Design is a big part of what we do, from logos to complete print files, and it’s shown as a clear line in your quote.

Do you build websites?

Yes. We build clean, fast, mobile-friendly websites for local businesses, mostly on WordPress, and look after updates, backups and hosting. The first step is a short, no-pressure call; book one on our Contact page.
